Come swim, paddle, hike, birdwatch, ski (cross country or downhill), skate or snowshoe or curl up with a book by the fire or in a hammock depending on the season! Hemlock cottage is a clean and cozy 3 bedroom cottage with a beautiful large sunroom and deck. The cottage is heated with baseboard heating and a fireplace in winter. Situated centrally on the property, there is a quick 1 minute walk to the dock and sandy beach. Set back with a lovely lake view through a birch forest, it offers the privacy and quiet you desire in a getaway.

- General Living Space: Living space is carpeted with the exception of the sunroom which has a painted motif pattern on plywood. A new, bright insulated door as well as two beautiful picture windows that allow greater ventilation makes the living/dining area very bright.
- Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms offer two queen sized beds and one double bed
- Living/Dining Room: The living room has a Love seat and two upholstered rocking/swivel chairs. There is a small dining table.
- Washroom: Three piece washroom
- Kitchen: Kitchen is very well equipped with stainless appliances, most small appliances and a pantry well-stocked with spices and baking needs
- New Deck and Sunroom: The sunroom offers additional living and dining space with a large, extendable dining room table and a loveseat and comfy chairs. The open deck has a BBQ and Muskoka chairs.
